About World Wide Walls
World Wide Walls (formerly POW! WOW! Worldwide) is a global network of artists and events focusing on mural, street, and contemporary art. It originated in 2009 in Hong Kong with Founder, Jasper Wong. In 2010, POW! WOW! Hawaii was born. An annual art festival that brings together local and international artists to create vibrant murals throughout the city of Honolulu. The festival quickly gained popularity and expanded its reach to various cities around the world.
Events take place in cities across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Pacific. Each festival showcases the creativity and talent of local and international artists, who collaborate to transform public spaces into open-air galleries. These events often include mural painting, art exhibitions, live music performances, educational workshops, and community engagement activities.
The mission is to bring art and culture to communities, foster creativity, and create positive impact through public art. The festivals not only beautify urban landscapes but also promote cultural exchange, inspire dialogue, and contribute to the revitalization of neighborhoods.

About Candice Soon
Candice Soon is a self-taught artist and illustrator currently based on Oahu. Her colorful, detailed, and whimsical art style is expressed through a variety of digital and traditional mediums like watercolor, acrylic, pen, and colored pencil. She is deeply inspired by the beauty, nature, food, and culture of the islands she’s been lucky to call home - Singapore, Okinawa, and Hawai'i.
